What age did you begin skating at and why?
I set foot on the ice for the first time at 22 months with double runners. My father was a hockey coach, and after practice, he would have me skate. I then began skating courses at the Bertherville Club when I was around six.
What has been your decisive moment until now – when did you find out that you wanted to pursue figure skating seriously?
After seeing the Lillehammer Olympic Games in 1994. I’ve always been serious about skating, ever since I was young.
What was a decisive moment for you – your best performance as a skater or a moment unrelated to skating which truly was a turning point in your life?
The first time I won the Canadian Championship.
What is your favourite snack?
Chocolate chip cookies (not cooked) with a yogurt.
