Tickets on sale now for the BMO Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships!

(January 8, 2010 - OTTAWA, ON) – Fans can now purchase their tickets to the BMO Skate Canada Synchronized Skating Championships. The event will host the best synchronized skating teams in Canada, including the current world champions NEXXICE.

The event will be held at the PowerAde Centre in Brampton, Ontario from March 4-6, 2010.

Approximately 1,100 skaters from across the country will compete in Brampton. Teams will vie for national titles in the senior, junior, open, intermediate and novice categories. The top two senior teams will represent Canada at the 2010 ISU World Synchronized Skating Championships in Colorado Springs, USA, taking place April 9-10, 2010.

All tickets are general admission. All-event tickets cost $30 for adults and $15 for children (12 years and under); day tickets cost $15 for adults and $5 for children (12 years and under), plus applicable surcharges. Tickets can be purchased in person at the PowerAde Centre box office, by phone at 416.870.8000, or online at www.ticketmaster.ca.
